“We slept to heavy metal” is a short film about a young woman, Seher, who meets her first love, Nandan, in his car, as they travel to a local motel, where they decide to spend their first night together. As several unpredictable events unfold, over the span of one night, Seher slowly realizes that her idealistic idea of the relationship may not match Nandan’s. While trying to preserve a spark of hope, Seher must eventually come to terms with reality and understand that first love is not always what we imagine it to be.
